Description
The Formulary is divided into three parts. The first part is the Drug Formulary which lists drugs by their generic name in alphabetical order. Drug combinations are listed under their proprietary name. The second part is the Therapeutic Action List where drugs are listed according to their therapeutic use. The third part is the Trade Name Index where the trade name is cross reference to its generic name.
